Clergy Care Services seeks to offer consultation, coaching and support for clergy in this important undertaking of ministry to God’s People.
We offer a variety of programs and services to clergy around the country, as individuals and/or in groups, to help them enhance their ministry and their personal lives.
These services can be accessed through our website email
or by contacting any of our staff directly by phone or email. Through an initial telephone conversation at no charge we can explore the best way to serve.
When clergy are ordained to the ministry within their respective denominations they are commissioned into a sacred and challenging life of service. They are appointed “to go and bear fruit” (Jn15:16).
In the words of the ordination service for Episcopal priests they are charged “to love and serve the people among whom you work, caring alike for young and old, strong and weak, rich and poor” (BCP p. 531). A sometimes daunting and overwhelming task.
We offer telephone consultation or on-site visitations or consultations.
We are available to work with individual clergy and/or their congregations on personal and congregational growth, strategic planning, team building, conflict management and coping with the after affects of clergy sexual misconduct or other crises in the life of the congregation. We conduct our work by a combination of on site visitations and ongoing telephone consultations.
We are also available to work with clergy individually or in groups to design programs specific to their personal or professional growth needs.
Regular programs which we offer are outlined through the links to the left.
