The Rev. Dr. James Leehan, LMFT.   Jim is an Episcopal priest with 40+ years of ordained ministry and advanced degrees in divinity, counseling, social work, and social ethics. Besides serving as a campus minister, in a variety of parishes and in mission work on the Navajo Indian Reservation, he has practiced and taught as a Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist. In his therapy practice he worked primarily with traumatized adults and has written and lectured widely in the area of domestic violence. He has taken the Episcopal Church’s training for parish aftercare following clergy sexual misconduct. His coaching training was through Clergy Leadership Institute.  Jim’s training equips him to coach pastors and others regardless of their ministry settings but his specialties are:

·        Campus ministry

·        Conflicted and post conflict congregations

·        Cross cultural ministry

·        Managing change

·        Retirement “after-ministry” preparation

Melissa J. Leehan, MA, LMFT.  Melissa is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 36 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings.  She has a Masters in psychology from Ball State University and a diploma in Gestalt methodology from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Intensive Post Graduate Training Program for Psychotherapists.  She was a founding member of the Indianapolis Gestalt Institute and served as President for two terms.  Melissa was the Clinical Director of an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy accredited training program for Marriage and Family Therapists at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN where she was in private practice for 25 years. She has taken the Episcopal Church's training for parish aftercare following clergy sexual misconduct.  Prior to moving to Santa Fe to open a private practice in 2007, Melissa worked in the Mental Health Department in the Fort Defiance Indian Hospital on the Navajo Reservation. The Rev. Robin Myers.   Robin is an Episcopal priest with 34+ years of ordained ministry. Believing himself called to a unique form of service he worked throughout his ministry as an Assistant to the Rector and/or Associate Rector specializing in youth ministry and pastoral care.  He served in youth ministry at the parish, diocesan and provincial levels.  In addition to youth ministry, he organized and managed pastoral care programs for a number of parishes and served as the Canon for Urban and Social Concerns on a cathedral staff. Today he continues to chair the Clergy Wellness and Continuing Education Committee for the Diocese of Indianapolis. Robin’s training through Clergy Leadership Institute and the Interim Ministry Network equip him to coach pastors and others regardless of their ministry settings but his specialties are:

·        Youth ministry

·       Pastoral care

·        Interim ministry

·        Managing change

·       Conflicted and post conflict parishes

·        Surviving and Thriving as an Associate Pastor
