Clergy Care Services
Conflict Management
and Reconciliation

Conflict in parishes and many nonprofit organizations is more common than we like and can greatly hamper the ability of the congregation or group to serve its people and fulfill its mission. Members of the Clergy Care Services Team have worked with and within churches and a variety of not for profit organizations.  They understand the tensions that are inherent in organizational systems or that can arise because of specific events or experiences.  They have the skills and experience to address and help resolve conflicts and turn them into opportunities for new growth and direction.

We are available for free telephone consultations to do an initial assessment of your particular situation and discuss possible methods of intervention.  Ways to address your particular conflict could range from an extended consultation involving interviews with leaders, focus groups and organizational retreats to focused one day or weekend workshops or retreats for leaders and/or members.  We would recommend various methods of intervention depending on your particular needs.  Call or email any member of our team to schedule a consultation.  Recommendations are available.
